2011 Cooks' Night Out Schedule and Menus
Reservations for each dinner open at 8:30 am on the Monday before the dinner. Please call the dinner reservation line at 374-2411 with the number of adults and children in your party. A waiting list will be created once the dinner limit has been reached. if you are on the waiting list and a space becomes available, you will be notified. However, if there is no one on the waiting list, and you cancel your reservation after Wednesday at 3 pm, you will be charged for the dinner. Thursday, July 7 Chefs: Dana & Howard Harrison, Sous Chefs: Greg Carroll, Nancy Hoppin, Buddy Allen Greek Fare: Moussaka, Spinach pie, Orzo Pasta Greek Salad, Pita, Tzatziki, Surprise Dessert Thursday, July 14 New Member Reception and Dinner Chef: Kitty Clements, Sous Chef: Greg Carroll Ground Turkey with Mild Hyberbadi Seasonings, Rice Salad with Peach Vinaigrette, Fresh Fruit with Homemade Cookies. Thursday, July 21 Chefs: Bo McCrum and George Harrop. Sous Chefs: Terry and Amy Britton Marinated Skirt Steaks, Pesto Pasta, Fresh Spring Greens, Blueberry Buckle a la mode. Thursday, July 28 Chefs: Angela Haas and Karen Milliken Chicken Marbella, Couscous, Green Salad- butter lettuce with Dijon mustard dressing, Blueberry Cake with whipped cream. Thursday, August 4 Chef: Annie Hayes, Sous Chefs: David & Priscilla Taylor, Lucie Semler Persian Cuisine: Roast Lamb with garnishes, Rice Pulow, Roasted eggplant melange, Garden Salad, Flourless Chocolate Cake with Elderflower fresh fruit jelly and whipped cream. Thursday, August 11 POT LUCK NIGHT. Thursday, August 18 Chef: Christina Van Duijn. Mediterranean Stew/Soup, Antipasta (or Local Greens), Fresh local bread, Blueberry Crisp with Maple Whipped Butter.
